Spring Herb Garden Menu

Tray Passed Appetizers

Delightful small bites to whet your guest’s appetites

rosemary skewered chimichuri shrimp

plump shrimp, y skewer, slathered with our signature orange, cilantro chimichurri, skewered on fragrant rosemary branch, and grilled

golden palm cakes with vegan smokey romesco sauce

crisp outside, tender inside,  these little cakes are packed with all the flavors of traditional crab cakes but are plant based, paired with a savory catalonian romesco sauce made of smoked red peppers, garlic, and roasted almonds

caprese flatbreads

marinated baby, heirloom tomatoes, truffle burrata cheese, extra vigin olive oil, aged balsamic, and basil atop a sourdough flatbread 


Plated Dinner

your guest will be treated to a curated multi course meal, with each beautifully plate artistically arranged

spring meadow salad

baby greens, fragrant herbs, sweet berries, farm cheese and honeyed sunflower seeds dressed in a dijon red wine vinaigrette 

lavender & fennel pollen rubbed pork loin

seared and served with a lavender, blackberry reduction sauce 

rosemary pecarino potato pave

fluffy layers of rosemary scented thinly sliced yukon gold potatoes, with crispy cheese crust

creamy dill spring peas

tender sweet peas gently poached in butter and finished with a touch of cream, dill, and maldon salt


Duo of mini desserts

finish your meal with two contrasting but complimentary decadent dessertd

raspberry panna cotta with raspberry coulis

refreshing light  buttermilk custard with tangy puréed berries  honeycomb candy & mint garnish

thyme infused caramel budino

rich italian custard infused with thyme topped with a layer of delectable salted caramel sauce 

All menus are fully customizable and may be served plated, buffet, or family style
