Summer on the Amlfi Coast Menu

Appetizers

Delightful small bites to whet your guest’s appetites perfect while sipping an aperol spritz!

frito mistro

mix of seafood and favorite italian veggies such as brocolini and artichokes dredged in an airy batter and deep fried. Served with salsa tartara with capers, lemon, and anchovie 

mushroom flatbread with vegan pesto

thin, sourdough flatbread topped with a sauteed blend of earthy mushrooms and drizzled with our fresh, flavorful pesto

grilled stone fruit and truffled burrata caprese

succulent stone fruit grilled and layered with creamy, earthy truffle burrata cheese and fresh basil, drizzled with aged balsamic reduction and fruity extra virgin olive oil 


Dinner

your guest will be treated to a curated multi course meal, with each beautifully plate artistically arranged

insalata mista

mix of lettuces and chichories, baby heirloom tomatoes, and  dressed in dijon red wine vinaigrette topped with seasoned fried garbonzo beans and shaved Pecorino Tuscano

branzino al cartoccio

sea bass cooked in parchement paper with fennel, onion, and orange 

linguini alle vongole

linguini tossed with butter, garlic, lemon and herbs and studded with small, sweet clams

verdure grigliate

garden vegetables lightly marinated and grilled, topped with parmesan


Duo of mini desserts

finish your meal with two contrasting but complimentary decadent desserts

blood orange panna cotta with blood orange campari gelee

refreshing light  buttermilk custard with hints of tangy orange herbateous campari topped honeycomb candy & mint garnish

salted caramel budino

rich italian custard infused with topped with a layer of delectable salted caramel sauce 


Plated Dessert Option

lemoncello tiramisu

tender sponge cake soaked with lemony liquor, layered with mascarpone, zabaglione, and lemon curd

All menus are fully customizable and may be served plated, buffet, or family style
